My employer filed Labor 90 days after the job posting (6 months after I initiated the process, this is after being screwed by my previous employer for 2 years)...Labor was aproved in less than 45 hours!!!

Seems still there are number of April filers case are pending (Ffiling).
Here and there there are cases approved who filed June also but that is less than 1%. We should not consider them.
I called yesterday - Representative told me that they are working on April 21-25th cases as of yesterday.
God knows when they come to JUNE.
At least they have to take out the bar to file with in 120 days rule.
All rules are make us to feel too much tension which inturn decrease our life expectency. Is that their 'gift' for us for serving this Country?.

I just checked my online status this morning. It had not changed since I filed but now I saw a LUD in today’s date. I checked the case status and both me and my wife have the Card Production Status. No emails or text just the update:). BTW my case is with NSC

When USCIS sent you the RFE notice, you would have seen "Request for Evidence". After USCIS receives your response, you would have seen the hard LUD, while the header is still for RFE. Then after some days (with in 60 days), the header changes to "Request for Evidence Response Review", while the old header "Request for Evidence" vanishes. I was in the same boat like you. I spoke to my attorney's team and they offered me the insight glimpse of working of USCIS.
I see the same status. What did your attorney say? Is it a sign of some good news or there is no such thing?

No approval so far .
I am starting to get worried as my current EAD expires on sep 17 and also heard that the second email of card production ordered is taking arnd 1 month from the day, EAD approval mail is sent out.
No matter its 1 yr or 2 yr , I want my EAD approval in time.

Here is what my attorney recommended-
1. Get a "Non-Available Certificate" from the municipality
2. Get 2 people to provide affidavit (close relatives) in support of your birth date.
Hope this is helpful. Check with your attorney too.

Has anyone asked attorney whether we can write our case number on the complaint letter without asking employer since LC(PERM) is filed by employer and the case number seems to belong to employer.
My HR and company hired attorney are always not cooperative to my GC and I want to clear things.

In this visa bulletin atleast they give us an idea of not to expect until the year end, So they are not giving false hope in each bulletin until october 2009!!!
So we all can predict on september onwards. Atleast we should send some flowers for passing this information.

What USCIS did to the other worker category in June was clearly a violation of Federal regulation (8 CFR Section 245.1(g)) - however since the numbers were insignificant, the violation went unnoticed.
It goes without saying that AILA will file a federal law suit seeking immediate interim relief, if the USCIS does this again...
The repercussions of such a law suit will be worse for the USCIS and very good for the filers. If the judge grants interim relief, that will mean USCIS cannot close the doors until the law suit is settled...USCIS is probably already aware of this possible repercussion and will most certainly avoid this lawsuit situation...
There are an estimated 250,000 (primary) filers expected to take advantage of the July visa bulletin...a number that is hard to go unnoticed...
AILA has already sent a legal memo to the USCIS, not to violate Federal regulation (8 CFR Section 245.1(g)), he is pretty confident, USCIS will continue to accept I-485s at least until the end of July...
